Connecting People, Changing Lives VASA is a local charity at the heart of South Warwickshire, Rugby, and Solihull Rural East. For over 45 years, we’ve been working to reduce loneliness, improve wellbeing, and ensure that no one in our community is left behind. Community Transport: Our incredible team of volunteer drivers help people get to vital medical appointments, social activities, and community events, providing a lifeline for those without access to transport. 🤝 Reducing Isolation: Through Coffee Mornings, Carers’ Cafés, and a Community Connector, we bring people together, building connections and friendships that make daily life brighter. 🧠 Dementia Support – Our Dementia Day Services offer safe, supportive, and stimulating spaces for those living with early-stage dementia, while also giving their carers valuable respite and support. Volunteer Power – With over 180 dedicated volunteers, VASA is powered by people who give their time, skills, and compassion to make a real difference in their community. We are proud to be a charity rooted in community spirit, driven by the belief that small acts of kindness can transform lives. Whether it’s a lift to a hospital appointment, a friendly chat over coffee, or a safe place for someone with dementia, VASA is there to help.
