We use LLMs to search ~1B profiles, build a real team story, and write hyper-personalized outreach so they can move fast and hire better. Each time we do that, we learn which humans thrive in which teams and what actually converts. That lets us help leaders assemble high-output teams faster. And once you can do that at scale, you’re on a direct path to our endgame: becoming the routing layer between human intelligence and work in a post-AGI world — the default API that decides which humans you bring into the loop and how you combine them.
