Vaw Vrc Foundation

VAW-VRC Foundation was founded in the to foster awareness of the VAW and VRC Communities and to celebrate their members. The creation of the Museum aboard the USS Midway was the inspiration/impetus to the creation of the VAW-VRC Foundation. Mission: The mission of the VAW/VRC Foundation, Inc, is to support and advocate for the United States Navy Carrier Airborne Early Warning Command and Control and Carrier Onboard Delivery (VAW/VRC) Community by: – Educating the public on the Community’s rich history, – Honoring those that have flown, maintained and supported the Community, and – Inspiring future generations to sustain the Community’s legacy of excellence. Vision: To sustain the VAW/VRC Community’s relevance and prosperity through establishing the VAW/VRC Foundation, Inc, as the premier historical archive, social and professional network, and champion, by uniting active duty and veterans and inspiring future generations.
