Welcome to VB Therapy, it is so nice to meet you. I earned my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY. I am a registered mental health intern. I utilize an array of therapeutic techniques & have an integrative approach to counseling, including an interest in Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT and Holistic Psychotherapy. I began my career in the mental health field as an Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist before becoming a private practice counselor in one of Southwest Florida’s premier practices. My private practice was founded with the belief that quality mental health care should be available from the comfort of one’s own home. I believe that, much like flowers, individuals can grow and blossom with proper care and nourishing. My special interests include: anxiety, adjustment disorders, PTSD, trauma work, substance use and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Let’s work together to heal, and create a life you love.
