Steve McMillan works to help all customers with the planning stages of their projects. He offers urban development and community planning services. His position at VBJ allows him to provide clients with site plan designs for new residential, commercial or industrial Greenfield developments managing any project from raw undeveloped land to serviced lots. He provides clients with ideas and design possibilities for their land development needs and make sure that any development will coincide with Municipal Development Plans and Zoning by-laws and any other policies or provisions that would affect the development of the land. He works closely with clients to make sure that their vision for the property is realized and is something the community as a whole can support.
