Vecstar was first established over 35 years ago. Specialising in furnaces, hotplates and ovens for industrial, educational and laboratory purposes. Since then Vecstar has grown into a company which now designs and manufactures products from its extensive and ever expanding range which are sold and maintained worldwide. Vecstar is an ISO9001 registered company. We produce a range of chamber furnaces with varying chamber capacities up to a maximum temperature of 1800°C. Chimneys, digital controllers and over temperature protection are all available as optional extras. Industrial fan assisted (air recirculation) ovens are designed and built to customer specification with a continuous operating temperature of up to 750°C. Stainless steel lined for hygiene and carbon free environment. AMS 2750D accreditation is available on Vecstar ovens. Vecstar can provide high-specification uniformity within oven chambers of plus or minus 6°C, Hotplates are available with Mild Steel, Stainless Steel or Aluminium top plates. Smaller hotplates are fitted with a thermostat as standard, digital controllers are available. Larger hotplates come with a digital controller as standard. Large freestanding bespoke hotplates are also available. Vecstar tube furnaces are available in many lengths and diameters and are available as single or multiple zones. Vecstar manufacture both split and rotating types. All tube furnaces are available in either vertical or horizontal orientations.
