Vegan Wares was a sustainable footwear and accessories manufacturer and retailer that operated out of Melbourne, VIC, from 1995-2022. At Vegan Wares, our mission was to create timeless, high-quality, durable and comfortable products that carry a low environmental impact and inspire social change. We aimed for long product life to minimise the use of the earth’s resources (and save you money). The path to sustainability we advocate involved the manufacture of consumer goods that were made from durable vegan materials, rigorous construction and a capacity for repair by local cobblers. Accordingly, our emphasis was on timeless styles.
