We founded Vegas Home Advisor to change the way real estate is bought and sold in Las Vegas. We realized that most real estate agents work as independent contractors and do not belong to a team much less get the support they need from the firm they work for. Instead of letting every agent run around doing their best to find clients and taking a cut of each transaction, we founded Vegas Home Advisor with a team-first mentality. Our teams are built around full-time, professional real estate agents. Each client has access to a dedicated team to help them buy or sell their home. Our team is multi-lingual (English, Spanish, Chinese, Thai, Russian, Czech, Polish) and we have team members who specialize in residential, commercial and property management. We also have a dedicated team that manages our investor program for both domestic and foreign investors. We built a state-of-the-art office with dedicated media rooms that allow our clients to virtually tour dozens of properties as they narrow down their search to a handful of properties they want to visit. The same state-of-the-art office is used to feature the properties our clients have available for sale.
