Vegetable Consultants Association

The VCA is an association of vegetable crop consultants who have a proven track record of excellence in their particular subjects. The VCA links and supports its members. The association ensures members carry appropriate professional indemnity assurance and registration to certification bodies appropriate to the work carried out, these will include schemes such as BASIS, FACTS & MRPPA. We provide consultancy, advice and research services to leading growers, produce marketing organisations and retailers on the whole range of vegetables including brassicas, alliums, salads, roots, cucurbits, herbs, legumes, and all protected crops. The VCA holds a register of members specialist skills and can thus effectively target commissioned projects. Members of the VCA will combine their skills where multi-disciplines are required on a single project.
