Velibaba Spice

Velibaba Spice was founded in 1981, as a family run company, and it has now reached its third generation. We deal with Turkish origin aromatic herbs, spices and oil seeds. Apart from our facility in the North of Izmir, our main manufacturing site is in the Industrial zone in Izmir. The site is built on of land with a 3500m2 of closed area. In this facility, we focus mainly on processing Turkish origin aromatic herbs, especially Oregano. Our main storage area includes metal detectors and various packing possibilities. We also have a fully equipped laboratory where we perform all the basic physical tests both at raw material admission and preshipment. As a company policy, we aim to move forward in quality and follow the developments in quality assurance systems. We are ISO ISO BRC, OU Kosher and Halal certified, and aim at projects that focus on sustainability and fair trade.
