Vaccine Electronic Medical Record (VEMR ™) is the first, state of the art, vaccine management, administration, cost saving patented software program. This software was invented by Michael Garver, M.D. FAAP due to inefficiency and human error associated with manual data entry of existing vaccine administration/documentation.
