Since 1979, Venture Media has been a producer of quality non-fiction and documentary television programming. Their series and documentary specials are seen on Discovery Channel, Discovery Latino, Discovery International, Travel Channel, the Armed Forces Network, and others. Venture also produces long-form and spot productions for the US Navy, the National Park Service, Readers Digest Television, and Cerebellum Educational Media. Venture’s broadcast programming has incorporated historically-accurate reenactments of various periods in American history (including multiple military battle scenes), extensive domestic and overseas travel coordination, complex graphic design and animation, and both studio-based and location-based productions. With its extensive national park stock library, the company recently provided footage for Ken Burns’ acclaimed PBS series National Parks: America’s Best Idea.
