Venus Consulting Pty Ltd

At Venus Consulting, we provide seminars to enhance workplace relations in and around Brisbane. Our mission is to develop healthy and productive relationships between women in the workplace with our seminar ‘Enhancing Employee Relations'. However we also offer a fabulous team building seminar ‘Who Are You?’ which is minded for both men and women, as well as a mentoring session ‘Workplace Conflict Resolution’. Venus gives you the tools you need to be able to improve or create an exceptional team environment for your employees. If you are willing use what we teach, we guarantee a happier and more productive team, which will add value to the overall business strategies. Our mission is to offer remarkable seminars to your employees at very affordable prices, without removing them from their workstations for too long. In preparation for the seminars, we ask each of your staff to complete the initial stages of the behavioural style test (20-30 minutes). Venus will then complete the remainder of each of the tests, and bring in the results on the day of the presentation. This means, that Venus’ main seminar ‘Enhancing Employee Relations’ for example, would originally take at least 3.5 hours (which is counted as a half-day session), but your staff will only be joining the training session for about 2 hours. Our seminars are interactive for a better learning outcome.
