Founded by visionary Regina Kaiser in Veracis® Online Meditation provides choices for hundreds of men and women seeking relief from stress efficiently. Regina started her conscious journey in the mid 1990's when the sudden death of her husband exposed a world of possibilities that existed not only in her but in everyone. The journey became easier when she discovered meditating with a teacher. Regina connected on a philosophical and spiritual level and before long she was certified and teaching. Veracis Meditation Program became a course of studies in conscious living. It is more than a relaxation program. It teaches you how to transform mindfully so that in many ways you are relaxed all the time. Regina was delighted when the classes she started teaching sold out! By 2004 she opened the first Meditation Centre in Port Moody adding yoga classes, holistic services, retreats and a good karma gift shop. Within a few years some of the students became certified meditation teachers. A strong leader, in May 2020, Regina responded to the onset of covid-19 and closed the physical centre. She wanted to connect with individuals safely so she moved her vision to an online platform. Veracis Wellness reflects Regina's vision to make meditation classes and instruction available to everyone wanting to improve the health and well-being of all.
