Veraltis
In 2020 sloegen Geert De Wael en Philip De Greve de handen in elkaar. Zo ontstond Veraltis: een combinatie van organisatietalent, jarenlange ervaring in vastgoed en een gedeelde liefde voor projectontwikkeling. Geert De Wael leerde van thuis uit de knepen van het vak en realiseerde de afgelopen 10 jaar verschillende residentiële projecten tussen Gent, Antwerpen, Brussel en Hasselt. Toen werd het tijd voor de volgende stap: een samenwerking met een waardevolle, complementaire partner. Philip De Greve is fondsbeheerder en oprichter van Pertinea al jaren een succesvolle speler op vlak van retailvastgoed. Dankzij die diversifiëring staan beide partijen sterker dan ooit en komt schaalvergroting op de agenda.
