Our philosophy is that everyone has a unique perspective that makes them the experts on their own lives and that people come to therapy with the ability to change. We use an integrative approach, drawing on many disciplines and traditions of therapy and using the most applicable techniques from each. We use many theoretical lenses, including those of attachment theory, social justice, trauma, and the neuroscience of psychotherapy.
