Our organization has been mainly involved with the defence sector for the last 3 decades undertaking turn-key projects of Jacks, Telescopic masts and Hydraulically Operated Systems. Our key customers boast of BEL, BEML, ECIL, DRDO from the public sector and GE, Bharat Forge from the private sector thereby amassing a vast knowledge of design and manufacturing. Last year, we added one more vertical to our business of Additive Manufacturing by procuring two DMLS machines (AM 400 and RenAM 500E) from Renishaw plc for metals such as SS316L, Aluminium AlSi10Mg, inconel 718 & Maraging Steel coupled with the essential in-house post-processing requirements. We are the only company in India housing the recently launched RenAM 500E machine. Our collective objective is to offer customers with creative and effective manufacturing solutions that let them realize new opportunities, thereby aiding them in overcoming their challenges. Our solutions thus include: 1) Additive Manufacturing of Components finding use in different Industries as per customer drawings and requirements. 2) Rapid Prototyping. 3) Reverse Engineering, Topology Optimization, Simulation and other Value adding featured projects
