Verifiable Authority

Verifiable Authority provides institutional infrastructure to prove who was authorised to act, in real time.** As organisations digitise, automate, and rely on software to act on their behalf, authority itself becomes a digital problem. Today, most institutions can only reconstruct responsibility after the fact, relying on emails, committees, and audit trails. That approach creates legal, regulatory, and operational risk in an increasingly automated world. Verifiable Authority embeds accountable identity directly into digital execution, enabling organisations to cryptographically prove who was authorised to do what, when, and on behalf of which legal entity, at the moment an action occurs. Built on global identity standards such as LEI and vLEI, the platform provides privacy-preserving, audit-ready proof of authority across transactions, filings, workflows, and automated systems. Sensitive data remains off-chain; only verifiable proof is anchored. Verifiable Authority has been selected by the European Commission as a key strategic use case for the European Blockchain Sandbox and has participated in a year-long structured regulatory dialogue with DG FISMA, DG CONNECT, the Central Bank of Ireland, Bank d’Italia, ASF Romania, and the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF). The platform was also validated as a finalist in GLEIF’s Global vLEI Hackathon in Frankfurt.
