Firstly, the world’s first enterprise-grade call recording software. Veritape call recording allows customers to turn their existing call centre hardware (telephones, computers, servers) into a robust call recording system. Our software is procured through a low-risk rental model, which is more cost-effective than any traditional hardware solution. Next Veritape developed CallGuard, which helps companies around the world to block sensitive credit card information from their call recording systems, agents and computer screens. CallGuard helps companies comply with the PCI DSS requirements and to reduce fraud within their contact centres. CallGuard works with any call recording system. Most recently, our OneProx product has been launched. OneProx de-scopes entire businesses or teams from PCI DSS without changing the underlying operations or payment systems. We are always developing additional functionality, services and entire new technologies. We sell our technology directly, in addition to licensing it to some of the world’s largest companies who ‘white label’ it. Our clients are a wide range of industry-leading organisations.
