Working with the client, giving them a single point of contact, removing the day-to-day stress of organising their project. We will collate designs and quotations, organise health and safety and professional documentation, insurances, prepare project timelines and payment structures. Once agreed with the client, Verity Quince will manage and liaise with the contractors to create a seamless and polished finished product. From small refurbishments, kitchen, bathroom and audio / visual design and installations to full renovations and extensions. Verity Quince offers a turnkey solution to your requirements- Commercial Working as a site or project management company under a main contractor or directly with a client. Verity Quince can provide directly employed, experienced managers with relevant qualifications including Black CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. Working from initial site set-up, over seeing groundworks packages, steel and cladding, glazing and section 278 works. Fully qualified and confident with all aspects of site-management from keeping diligent program records, conducting inductions and checking RAMS, holding toolbox talks, chairing meetings with all stakeholders and finalising project handover.
