Verity Signing Services was established in 2018 on the principal that Notary Signing Agents provide a fundamental and inevitably true and valuable service to the general public and real estate industry, with our focus being on exceptional service. We view ourselves as an extension of every realtor, mortgage professional and title agent that we work with; we are a part of your team. Our goal is simple - to remain impartial and make sure your client is guided through the closing and understands what they are signing, is comfortable signing the documents, and that they have the best closing experience possible! Industry knowledge and experience is important to a successful closing. Our experience includes:*Over six years of experience in title insurance;*One year in the mortgage industry; and *25+ years as a Florida Notary Public. We offer not only NSA services, but general notary services and wedding officiant services as well to the greater Tampa Bay area, including Manatee, Sarasota, Pinellas & Hillsborough counties on the west coast of Florida. Other nearby counties can be serviced by request. We understand that with busy schedules it is sometimes inconvenient or impossible to take time off work to get to a notary, that is why Verity Signing Services offers our clients mobile notary services. We are available 7 days a week with a scheduled appointment, at a time and place that are most convenient for you or your client.
