Vernon Construction, Inc. is a family company built upon a foundation of three generations construction experience in Santa Barbara County since 1957. Our past experience includes projects from Malibu to Paso Robles – but we have done projects as far away as Jackson Hole, Wyoming. In the past 25 years, we have built 90 custom residences, 500 multi-family units, numerous commercial and mixed-use projects, and master planned communities over 200 acres. As we have grown, our projects have grown; our recent completions have been master planned communities, infill hotel and mixed-use projects, but our focus is on Multi-Family. We currently have over 500 residential units under Construction and in Pre-Construction.
