Vero Meal Kits is a family owned meal kit company committed to bringing fresh, handcrafted, innovative Italian recipes into your home. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, our family spent time working and living in Florence, Italy, which inspired Chef Katie Collier’s vision for the award-winning restaurants, Katie’s Pizza and Pasta Osteria. Through Vero Meal Kits, we want to share these authentic, creative Italian pizza and pasta recipes from our experiences with you and your family to enjoy in your home. Vero Meal Kits allows us to share our family’s experience of serving thousands of pizza and pasta dishes over the years. The recipes, ingredients, and cooking techniques in each Vero box are thoughtfully created by Chef Katie Collier for the novice home cook. As a family, some of our fondest memories come from cooking and eating together, and through Vero Meal Kits, we hope to share these experiences with you.
