Vero Pilates

We believe that happier healthier people help create happier healthier communities. That is why at Vero Pilates we are dedicated to teaching our members the powerful tools that the Pilates Method provides to help them gain greater quality of movement and life. As a studio we also pride ourselves on being a space that is dedicated to supporting the professional careers of our team members. Our Senior Instructor spends time each week mentoring team members and supporting them as they learn skills and tools to develop their unique voice and perspective to teaching the Pilates method. In addition we host monthly Teacher Education Hours and provide trainings and other opportunities for our team members to keep improving their skills over time.
