In September 2023 the UK-based company, Vertali Ltd, the fast-growing global provider of mainframe services, software and skills, announced their expansion into Asia-Pacific through a joint venture with The Business Agility Group (Australia) Pty Ltd, renaming it Vertali APAC Pty Ltd (Vertali APAC). The Vertali APAC business will cover the region identified as ASEANZKJ, namely Australia, Southeast Asia, New Zealand, Korea and Japan. Vertali APAC will continue to serve a range of clients in the enterprise IT systems space, providing consulting and staff augmentation services, so this joint venture will allow it to provide a much broader capability of products and services to the Asia-Pacific region.
