With our initiatives, we bring people closer together, stimulate time offline and realize dreams. Vertellis is a Dutch brand founded by three friends: Bart, Liz, and Lars, that sells conversation starting games. Willem has joined the US team and is in his early thirties (but a twenty-something at heart!) All four share a passion for continuous personal development. This passion and their professional experiences in team management, consultancy, and psychology are woven into Vertellis. Every question has been carefully formulated and tested to ensure it brings about the right emotions and thoughts – leading to meaningful conversations. At Vertellis we work a little different than “normal”. We work while we travel, which means work and fun are always connected. To use a modern term, we can be described as “digital nomads”. However, the biggest difference between us and typical digital nomads is that we don’t work to maintain a lifestyle; rather, we created a lifestyle that brings out the best in us and, thus, Vertellis. Working in different locations simultaneously allows us to be more creative, find new angles to life’s questions, and enjoy life. Social responsibility and a personal approach to customer service are important aspects of what we want Vertellis to represent. We don’t just have a mission; we have a plan that is the primary driving force behind all our decisions. Our mission is to improve solidarity by encouraging good conversations and time offline in today’s connected and fast-paced world. Technology makes all this possible – and we’re extremely grateful for this – but sometimes you need to disconnect from the world and connect with your loved ones. The Holiday Edition: This edition of the game has been developed to allow families and friends to have more meaningful conversations with each other during holiday dinners, especially around Thanksgiving and Christmas. When we get distracted by seasonal decorations, food, and sports on TV, we tend to forget that the holidays are meant to bring families together. It is only after the holidays are finished that we wish we had spent more time with one another. This is why Vertellis has become such an important aspect of the holiday season in the Netherlands. This exciting new game is perfect not just for the holiday season, but also for friends, families, and colleagues to play during birthdays, vacations, and other family gatherings. Together, you can explore the memorable moments of the past year and share your hopes and dreams for the upcoming year.
