Vertex Towers, founded in 2012, is a telecommunications infrastructure developer. We develop, manage and own telecommunications facilities in strategic locations across the country. Vertex's on the ground experience and expertise allows us to identify the opportunities and locations where there is a need for new telecommunications facilities. Identifying where a new facility is needed is only half of the equation. Strict zoning ordinances and environmental regulations require that new telecommunication facilities take into consideration not only the needs of the wireless provider but also in-depth consideration of potential permitting obstacles and construction costs. The Vertex team has the experience necessary to identify, permit and construct the best site for the property owner, the wireless provider and the municipality.
