Vertica Capital was established in 2010 to specialise in structuring and originating debt and equity for commercial property development and investment. Our goal is to maximise the returns for all stakeholders while identifying and managing the risks unique to each transaction. The principals of the company have long standing relationships with major banks, mortgage trusts, private lenders, high net worth individuals and institutional participants. This platform provides the ability to source, structure and execute optimal funding outcomes for our clients. While focusing on South East Queensland, Vertica Capital is able to assist clients with projects throughout Australia in deal sizes ranging from $2M to in excess of $200M across all sectors of the property market. Our preferred approach is to become part of the project team early and use our relationships across the disciplines of planning, design, valuation, legal, marketing and construction to assist clients maximise project outcomes not just funding outcomes.
