Vertical Equity Partners' diverse portfolio has historically consisted of retail, office, and residential properties, with a primary focus being multi-family residential. Additionally, an aggressive approach to the manufactured housing community sector in recent years has yielded impressive results via the repositioning of the assets through capital improvements and proper management. Only investments with anticipated above average returns, or greater, are considered.
