Vertical Spaces Properties is a full-service property management and brokerage agency, operating in all sectors of the South African property market: commercial, industrial, retail and residential. Our property management division manages several office buildings, body corporates and shopping centres located in KZN and the Western Cape. The Vertical Spaces Properties head office is in Pietermaritzburg, KZN with an additional brokerage based in Durban. The property management division operates in Pietermaritzburg, Hillcrest, Pinetown, Durban and Cape Town. We hold the sole letting mandate for all properties within the Vertical Spaces Investments portfolio, including office buildings and shopping centres throughout South Africa. We are also registered on the Department of Public Works (DPW) Central Supplier Database (CSD), which is the primary portal for sourcing and identifying properties suitable for government tenants.
