Vertigo Investments is an investment house and transaction advisory firm founded by a team of three Partners with first rate experience in investments, transactions, advisory and management. We invest our own funds as well as those of private and institutional, Polish and international, investors. We acquire substantial stakes in small and mid-size firms and actively support them in their growth by providing resources and competence, often working hand in hand with the erstwhile owners. We invest both in companies with high potential looking for capital for growth and in companies which have been hit by problems and require swift restructuring. Our portfolio and track record to date are proof that we know how to find investments which allow for attractive value appreciation and hence attractive returns for our partners and investors. We also support selected clients as highly effective transaction advisors. Our competence in the area is strengthened by our longstanding managerial and consulting experience as well as our full involvement in each project, allowing us to achieve the best possible results.
