Verum GI Inc (Verum) discovers and commercializes biomarkers for the detection, prediction and treatment of clinically important conditions in women's health and gastrointestinal disorders. Our programs include: PROM (Premature Rupture of Membranes), preeclampsia, early and pregnancy loss; appendicitis, upper & lower GI bleeding, & small intestinal & stomach cancer. In 2024 Verum GI entered into a formal agreement for strategic partnership with a renowned institution to investigate structure and perform clinical validation on unique biomarkers associated with preterm delivery and kidney disease. Verum also has a therapeutic program involving a unique human protein for application in diabody constructs, Fc related effector functions, T1/2, FcRn inhibition and alternative pathway for IgG recycling. Verum is open to discussing scientific, regulatory, and commercial strategic relationships to advance its programs
