I primarily work with women in business and leadership, helping them regain vitality and energy needed for sustained success and happiness. I’ve also worked with organisations to improve employee health and wellbeing through workshops and assessments. For more than 15 years I’ve been helping women who lead who rely on energy, clarity and confidence to make an impact in the world with their work or business, and their lives.
