He has unparalleled experience in scholarly legal editing, especially with his long association with leading Law Journal ACADEMY LAW REVIEW from 1977 onwards as editor. He was trained in editing skills under the tutelage of the leading Indian Academician, Late Dr. A. T. MARKOSE and took Ph.D. under his able guidance in 1977. The dissertation was published in 1987, THE POWER OF TAXATION UNDER THE CONSTITUTION. He has also published several ARTICLES and CASE NOTES in ACADEMY LAW REVIEW as its EDITOR.
