Vessels We offer an extensive range of processing vessels designed and manufactured to suit customers individual requirements. Great care is taken in selecting and developing the most suitable and cost-effective processing unit. The vessels can be manufactured to suit atmospheric, pressure, or vacuum conditions while incorporating heating and cooling facilities in the form of jackets or limpet coils. Vessel Capacities range from 40 to litres and are designed and manufactured in line with Codes BS 5500 ASME 8 etc. All welding processes conform to the above codes using approved procedures. The available surface vessel finishes range from stock finish up to a full mirror finish. Jackets consist of mild steel and stainless steel spiral flow baffles and Limpet Coils typically range from 2-inch nominal bore to 4-inch nominal bore suitable for over 100 psi steam pressures.
