Since the outset, Vessoa Private Equuity has invested in companies involved in an activity offering a high level of recurrence. The investments must be clearly targeted to accelerate growth and maximise value. Thus there is not speculation but corporate risk. Our investments must have the objective of building a solid business in the long term with a faithfull client base proving clearly the value to future investors. To maximise leverage, we intervene in sectors which are familiar to at least one of our partners and we give the companies the benefit of our contacts, together with technical and managerial competance.
