Vesture’s core business is the management of strata titles. In some Australian states, this is refered to as owners corporation management or community titles management. Vesture has a proven history in the property industry and is at the forefront of service innovation. With 32 years in the property management industry, Vesture was first listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 19 December, 1994 under the name “Australian Institute of Property Management”. Currently, our main service lines are property management and strata title management. In 2009, after a name change to Vesture, the company sold its interests in property management to focus on its core business of strata title management. Since this time, Vesture‘s dedication to quality service and its highly skilled team of over 170 professionals has seen continual growth through both acquisition and organic growth. Vesture now comprises three of Australia’s largest and most prestigious strata title management companies – Ernst Body Corporate Management, Strata Title Management and Victoria Body Corporate Services. Vesture’s name arose from two key words which have shaped the company since its start - inVEST and fuTURE.
