Veteran's HomeFront goals are to bridge the gaps of transitioning veterans by connecting them to the full continuum of resources available, including vet to vet programs, housing placement, employment opportunities, recreational activities, and other essential human services with a cohesive strategic plan for the delivery of services. HomeFront’s main objectives are: 1) Ending veterans’ homelessness, 2) Reducing the number of veterans’ suicides, 3) Creating a supportive, embracing, community ready to accept our homeless and hurting Veterans during their life transitions.
