Moreover, that we wish to offer our British Veterans work in the construction industry, firstly teaching a valued trade and allowing them to gain confidence and independence through a structured “return to civilian work” system. Furthermore, for those individuals suffering from loneliness or PTSD they will have the support of fellow ex-service personnel in which they can seek understanding, this form of ‘scaffolding’ will assist in the healing process, in the military we simply call this “banter”.
