It designed and developed the ground breaking New ERA Screening Process; based on a mix of forensic psychology and conversation management techniques. The one key strand throughout is customer focus. This is the first time the Counter Fraud Professional Accreditation Board (CFPAB) has awarded an industry standard professional qualification to a conversation management supplier. The company has been wound up and was placed into creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 16 April 2015.
