I'm valentin Griffon, Executive chef & Consultant with over 17 years experience in fine dining and Michelin starred restaurants, awarded establishments, palace restaurants and embassy mainly in France and UK. I had the chance to work with the best mentors along the way, such as Michel Roux jr and the Roux Family in London and Scotland, Joel Robuchon in London and Paris or Philippe Rochat in Switzerland. Following the high demand coming from the industry and all my previous background, as a matter of course it strongly inspired me to created my own company to bring concept and culinary solutions to needed establishments. I am now running VG Consulting, a culinary consulting company specialized in hospitality, food and beverage services. I offer a full expertise to my clients and partners, by giving advices and guidance on the different restaurant operations. Providing an outside perspective to identify areas that need performance improvement. I accompany and support them all along the process to achieve their goals and projects in France, UK and abroad.
