It also owns „Rimi“ supermarket building in Vydūno str. 4, Pilaitė district;"Elektromarkt bazė" Parodų str. 1, and other buildings. The company is successfully developing its another building in Vydūno str. 4, called "Helios Pilaitė". The most important project of the company is the "Helios City", which is rised in Konarskio/Savanoriu av. UAB „Via Sportas“ successfully rented its buildings to tenants, who are working profitably:"Rimi","Norfa", APB "Apranga", SEB Bank,"Kukla Beauty Box","Salento Disco Pub", Japanese restaurant "Labuki","Vynoteka","SteakHouse Helios", Pervij Baltiskij Kanal and many others.
