Vibe Concepts

Vibe Concepts is a group of feel good, high energy fitness classes with the focus on music, interaction and fun. They are the creation of Delvin Clarke, Master Trainer and International Fitness Presenter. He has combined over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry with his energy and charisma to create these Concepts. There are currently of Vibe qualified instructors teaching in fitness clubs around the UK and abroad including Iceland, Denmark, Germany, Norway and the Middle East. Our concepts include Vibe Cycle, Vibe Power, Vi-Box, Vi-Body, Vibe Dance Aerobics, Vibe Step and Vibe D-bands. Each concept has the same 3 key aspects of VIBE, which are: 1. Upbeat/motivating Instructor 2. Use of the music and the rhythm 3. Suitable for everyone Our philosophy is Don't Just Ride, Feel the Vibe! In 2016 Vibe became a YMCA Awards accredited centre offering a Level 2 Certificate in Exercise to Music (ETM), Level 2 Gym-based exercise, Level 3 Sports Massage, Level 3 Award in Adapting Exercise for Ante and Post-natal Clients, Level 3 Award in Education and Training, Level 3 Award in Assessing. We are developing more concepts and in 2017 we launched Vibe Youth, which brings the Vibe brand to children aged 5 upwards. As well as holding Born to Vibe Masterclasses we also offer a Level 1 Award in Fitness and Physical Activity for 14-16 year olds and a Level 2 Certificate in Exercise and Physical Activity for Children for over 16s. Both these courses are accredited by YMCA Awards.
