Vibrant Body is a bodywork company specializing in on-site massage and bodywork. We work with some of the brightest individuals and companies that make San Francisco such an expressive and innovative city to call home. This resource to your staff will enhance performance and build health in a way that no other employee experience does. Bodywork affects each person in your company. Massage will enhance individual employee health as well as support your company culture as a whole. How it works: Your scheduled massage therapists will come to your office with all the necessary materials and will set up in a quiet space. Employees sign up to receive a fully clothed dynamic bodywork session. Vibrant Body’s expertise in working with the needs of knowledge workers (those of us working in offices, on computers, and sitting at desks). Every session is a blend of Swedish massage (wellness), sports massage (performance), deep tissue, dynamic movement & stretching, Active Release Techniques®, and more. These techniques are properly integrated to fit each individual.
