Vibrant Life Source provides the tools and support to live your best life on your own terms including Health and Nutrition Coaching, Personal Training and Yoga. Our whole-body approach to wellness improves vitality and life enrichment for an enhanced sense of well-being and fulfillment. Vibrant Life Source was founded in 2010 by Chief Vibrancy Officer, LeAnn Smith, a passionate wellness and vibrant living advocate and educator who comes from a background in HR. LeAnn is a certified Health & Nutrition Coach through Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise and a 200-hour Yoga Instructor. VLS works with you virtually or in person at your convenience and provides access to recipes, how-to guides, health and wellness videos, and virtual health webinars in our Wellness Warrior community. In addition, Vibrant Life Source offers health and corporate wellness professionals a vast library of health, wellness, fitness and nutrition content to motivate, inspire and support their clientele to live healthy lifestyles.
