Independent product-driven footwear brand. Blending European quality, distinctive design, versatility and craftsmanship is our story. VICO was born from the idea to create "Dressed Sneakers". Quality footwear that resides at the intersection of timeless and contemporary design, VICO moves with you through everyday life. VICO is inspired by travelling and by those we meet on our journeys. The brand name is derived from 'vicus', Latin for 'in the street' or 'in the neighbourhood'. Every neighbourhood has its own story and we draw on this everyday life for inspiration. VICO is also a village on the island of Corsica where founder Kevin van Wijk spent his best childhood holidays. The journey started back then.
