The analysis of a group is essential to move forward. The functioning and identity of the group must be known and mastered by each of the people who compose it. We are all different, we all evolve in unique patterns and behaviors, psychological or physical. Each individual, in its greatest singularity must keep it and put it at the service of the collective. This is the spirit that I convey through my lectures, in order to show the employees the real meaning of success and try to seek it together, like a big family.
