We understand that if you want to remain in business for a long period of time you need to a) Produce quality work and b) Look after your customers. We employee fully qualified, registered and licensed plumbers who carry out our installations. These plumbers have been with us for a long period of time and are valued employees of our company. As employees they too hold our values and take care to get your fireplace correctly installed. If you are looking at fireplaces, I will come out to meet with you to discuss your options and provide a quote. I am also the head of our servicing and can travel upwards of a a week servicing these products during the winter months.
