Victory Partners is unique, unlike any other financial advisory and private equity firm serving the middle market you will find. If you walk our halls, you will not find anyone who talks with a locked jaw or wears an ascot. None of us were sitting on the fortunes of our forefathers when we set out to build a world class firm. We have earned our reputation the old fashioned way, through hard work, perseverance, and truly understanding the tenets of entrepreneurialism. Everything we have built over the last 10 years has been around celebrating the entrepreneur. Our great economy garnered its roots from those entrepreneurs who dared to dream, those whose faces have been mired with blood and sweat, not fearing the arena in which they were engaged. As we face uncertain times, it is the entrepreneur who will ultimately jump start this great economy once again. And we will be there in the arena, side by side with them. First & foremost, we celebrate the entrepreneur. We seek to build companies, not financial engineer them! Most PE Investors are financial engineers who place high leverage on a company, hope to grow that company at the rate of inflation (or better), and pay down debt to achieve positive 5 yr returns. We focus on longer-term horizons, investing in small to mid-sized companies with operating partners who possess excellent track-records, industry expertise, and long-term focus. We are very comfortable investing in distressed companies, as well as, high growth opportunities. We possess significant experience in both growing companies and turning companies around and positioning them to dramatically increase enterprise value. We look at fundamentals first, NOT exit opportunities. We believe the exit will take care of itself if we approach things with a mindset that embraces celebrating the little things, holding one another accountable, communicating openly and with integrity, learning from failure, and rewarding results.
