Victory Roommate Services was originally started in Oakland, CA by Juanita Carson Nwagwu. Unable to afford the high cost of living in the Bay Area and with rising rents, Juanita found herself in need of a roommate to help offset her expenses with the hopes to avoid homelessness. Under the circumstances, Juanita realized there was an increasing market for people in search of shared housing or low-cost living arrangement. Being inspired by her then landlord Victory Roommate Services was born. The company was later reopened in Sacramento, CA in 2001. Our mission is to provide quality roommate service that provides an ideal match for our clients at fair market prices and to become a leading roommate service in Sacramento. Victory Roommate Services will provide background checks and Serving: Sacramento area and surrounding cities Offering backgrounds checks which can include evictions and or sex offender registry. Depending on the tier you pick ALL clients will be required to have a background check which includes the rentee renter homeowner etc.
